wrong part listed on your website
I ordered the left and right trim for my oven. The right was backordered so I received the "left trim" first. It was, in fact the door spring, not the trim as listed on your website. I called and a very nice representative helped me. She looked on the site herself and found that what was listed was not the correct part. She said that normally, you do not pay shipping charges for a return, but since it was not my error, she would send a prepaid label. I printed it out, packaged the wrong part in the UPS envelope she sent and took it to my local ups office. Turns out it was not a prepaid label and I would owe $15 to ship it back. I'm not a happy customer. I would like a prepaid label, I would like a credit on the wrong part and I would like to know if you have the correct part. Meanwhile, I received the right trim and it is correct.
