Will this door stop work (Whirlpool #wpw10120097) with my model fridge. I need the gray finish since the fridge is stainless steel.

The left door will not close if the right door is already closed. The seal strip does not contact the catch at the top that flips it because the left door is a tad to low. If i pull up on the left door, it will rise enough to contact it, but i don't know if there is an adjustment i can do or if i would need to insert a shim and how would i do that.
