The manifold my washer plugs into the upper port in the tube. Should there be a plug in the lower port of the tube. Doesn't seem to be washing upper rack very well

Thank you for your question. The manifold would plug into the tube in the back of the dishwasher. If there is no water reaching the dishes in the upper rack, check the water pressure that comes into the dishwasher. Also, sometimes if there are too many dishes in the dishwasher, this can prevent the dishes from being cleaned properly. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
