timer wouldn't advance
The only problem I had was getting the black pin to hold the timer knob, had to push in with more force than I expected. I found a video on line, makes things a lot easier.

The small post in the center of the timer module has two small posts that clip into the time knob - one of these small posts broke off and now the timer know won't attach/clip onto the timer controller post. Is there any fix for this other than buying a new timer? Obviously, i hate to buy a new timer when only the $.05 plastic post is broken and then the knob cant be attached. Thanks
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. If the shaft in the timer is broken, then you will need to replace the timer. The shaft is not sold separately. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello Curt, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Direct Drive Motor Coupling part PS1485646 or the Clutch Assembly part PS334641 for your model. Good luck with your repair!
