There are no hinges on the unit i have. If i order two hinges, will they work for either side?

The door hinge - passive without spring, part number PS11752379, is letting you know that if you purchase this part, the spring is not included. The door hinge - active with spring, part number PS11752377, is letting you know that spring is included with the hinge. These hinges can be used on both the left and right sides.
