What if you can't remove the old coupler? Can you just buy the coupler, screw and washer separately?

I need to replace the part directly below the clear ice container. It is the part that is directly connected to the ice container. It’s white with a blue release button that you push the release to take out of freezer. I’m not seeing this part listed anyway. Does the ice bucket assembly (WP2258236) have both parts?
