Great part, works perfectly, best customer service ever!
Partselect customer service representative was extremely helpful and patient at determining the correct replacement part for my washer. She went over every detail with me until I felt certain that this part would work. The clincher was knowing that the item could be returned if it wasn't what I needed.
I would definitely order from them again!

Easy repair.
The housing on the part was bent. I straightened it out so the plug would mate.
I decided to use it and not hassle a return.
It didn’t affect operation but I’d like to know how it was bent. It looked like it fell off a bench or shelf since it was one of the ears of the plug seat.

Washing machine will fill but will not agitate or spin motor, and pulleys move easily i replaced the lid switch assembly i now am wondering if the washer timer switch could be bad any suggestions
For model number LAT8414AAE
Hello Dan, thank you for your question. If the drive motor on your washer does not receive power during the wash portion of the cycle, then the timer may be at fault. You can check the timer contacts for continuity with a multi-meter. You will need to determine the correct terminals that control the motor with the aid of the wiring diagram. Remove power from the appliance before attempting this repair. I hope this helps!
