Can dirty evaporator coils cause the entire fridge to stop working?
For model number FFTR1713LWE
Hello Matea, thank you for getting in touch. We have researched and found that the dirty evaporator coils can lead the refrigerator to not cool properly. We would recommend cleaning the evaporator coils. If the refrigerator still does not work, then you may need to check the start device, part number PS16221323, to solve the problem. The start device attaches to the compressor and helps start the compressor motor. We hope this helps!
