WRONG PART SENT 2 TIMES
WE HAD A BROKEN GLASS SHELF THAT SAT ON THE VEGTABLE CRISPERS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FRIGERATOR. WE CALLED PARTS SELECT WITH MAKE, MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER. THE REPRESENTATIVE THEN ORDERED THE PART FOR US WE PAID EXTRA FOR 3-5 DAY DELIVERY. 14 DAYS LATER WE RECIEVED THE PART IT WAS HOWEVER NOT THE CORRECT PART BY A LONG SHOT IT WAS A GLASS SHELF BUT NOT THE RIGHT ONE. WE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE WHO GAVE US THE CORRECT PART NUMBER AND E-MAILED US A SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN THE INCORRECT PART WHICH COST US $20 AND ASSURED US THAT WE NOW HAD THE CORRECT PARTS NUMBER TO ORDER WHAT WE NEEDED. I THOUGHT OK MISTAKES HAPPEN NO BIG DEAL I WILL EAT THE NEARLY $30 IN EXTRA SHIPPING. RE-ORDERED PART CAME 10 DAYS LATER. THIS TIME NOT EVEN CLOSE. IT WAS AN OUTSIDE HINGE COVER,AGAIN EAT MORE SHIPPING COSTS. MAYBE THE THIRD TIME WILL BE THE CHARM. NOT SURE IF IT IS SHEER INCOMPETENCE OR JUST FUN FOR THE IDIOTS ANSWERING THE PHONE.
