I have a new Maytag stovetop that has metal knobs, not plastic. I accidentally scared one of the new knobs with one of the ten pound grates. Are these metal knobs now only in plastic? This is so disheartening knowing this is a new stovetop. Thank you. This is crazy thinking they are no longer available through Whirlpool. They have to exist somewhere. This is a new stovetop. Ellen

Hello Ellen, thank you for your question! Unfortunately the parts are now only available in plastic, with a stainless steel finish. We do not have any information about a completely stainless steel knob that would work for your model, but would recommend reaching out to your manufacturer directly to see if they may have any part numbers they can recommend that may work for you.
