The machine will not start. The lights come on on the control panel but will not start when the start button is pressed. I replaced the electronic control board and still does not start.

Hello Peter, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the Bi-Metal Fuse Part Number: PS2360984. Test the fuse for continuity, and if no circuit is present replace the fuse. I hope this helps!

Does the control panel with touchpad for this model come with the flexible circuit board? My dishwasher buttons on the right are not working. I have already replaced the control board per your recommendation and it did not fix the issue

Machine will not light up cycles, heated dry option lights up. Fuse is good, door switch is good, thermal sensor is good, so i purchased a new control board w10298356, but still have the same problem.Do i need to replace the touchpad. What else can i check, getting close to the cost of a new machine. The touchpad doesn’t show any signs of damage. Is the universal silver and white the same except for color, the white is$132 and the silver is $232. Thanks

Hello Denis, thank you for your question. With all the other parts that were replaced, the only other option would be the control panel. Check the connection between the control touch panel and the board to be sure its a tight fit, and the ribbon connector isn't damaged or broken. If the touch pad lights are not working, and the connector isn't loose we would recommend replacing the control touch panel. The difference in prices are the different colors. white is Part #: PS11723001 and universal silver is Part #: PS11723003. Good luck with your repair.
