It worked.
The second part was not broken, thankfully. Then I installed it, and happily it worked perfectly. So, my thanks to Shirley and Matt, the two phone people I talked to and how personable both of them were and how helpful. Again, thanks to u all.

oven wont stop heating. The temperature just climbs and climbs. We put in a stand alone thermometer to track the temp and also just replaced the temp sensor probe. Lights on control board flicker. Stove top works fine.

Hello Brian, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the main oven control board, part number PS11720510, to fix the issue. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven's heat. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Oven consistently 125-150 degrees too cold. Replaced Temp Probe, No change. Tested resistance on all three coils, all tested correct. Problem is getting worse. Oven will say 350, actual temp more like 200. Would be be a bad board? Stove burners are often erratic on temp as well.

Hello Adam, thank you for your question. It must be the Main Power Control Board PS11720510 or the Main Wiring Harness PS11720806 if both the surface burners and oven are affected. Good luck with your repair.
Hi Gail,
Thank you for your question. The C-d0 error indicates a stuck keypad key. Try pressing down on each key to jog the stuck one loose. If that doesn't work, try pressing down on each key from an off center position on the keypad. If this doesn't work to release the stuck key, you probably need to replace the entire keypad. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Ran a cleaning cycle on the oven and the oven quit a 1/3 of the way through. Everything on the control panel works, but can not get the oven or broiler to switch on. Top elements work on top. No oven.

Control panel is blinking and the stove top heating elements seem to provide irregular heating.

Hello Chuck, thank you for your question. It does sound like it is the Main PCB, also know as the Electrical Board. We advise checking the Board with a multimeter just to be sure. I hope this helps.

LED numbers flicker left to right, and not all number groups light up. Example: 4 looks like 1. Bad main board? Hard to tell how much time is left on baking or what temp is set at, etc.

Ordered main control board #de92-03761b. Replacement part is missing 2 small round blue resistor looking pieces. Does part still work?

My stove caught fire a few years ago and Samsung replace d a switch and I believe the main board. The hot surface light we’d also told them about never went off. Now the display is flickering. What do I need to do to fix this.
