After fridge was moved it now leaks water onto the floor on the right side of fridge side...it also has alot of ice built up on the floor of the freezer side but, dont see any leaking down the wall
For model number FFHS2622MBD
Hi Toni,
Thank you for your question. If the floor in the freezer is frozen, there may be debris trapped in the drain tube preventing water from draining. You will need to inspect the drain tube for any debris and clean it out. During the regular freeze and thaw of the defrost cycle, if the drain is clogged then water will leak out of the refrigerator when it is defrosting and freeze when when it starts to cool again. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Instructions to replace Fix11703640.
For model number lghc2343lf3
On most refrigerators the defrost drain tube and drain hole is located inside the freezer at the bottom back. Look in the freezer near the bottom and locate the drain tube and the drain hole. There may be a panel made from plastic that covers the drain tube and hole. Remove the panel with a screwdriver if applicable. Or, it may be directly under the evaporative coils. We hope this helps. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.

Have new drain tube for defrosted water. The existing tube freezes after a few cycles. Water accumulates in bottom of freezer and then leaks out onto the floor.
For model number lghc2343lf3
Hi Rick,
Thank you for your question. If water accumulates at the bottom of the freezer, the drain tube is clogged with debris and it will need to be cleaned out. When it becomes clogged the the water will pool on the freezer floor and freeze. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
