The plastic front tub cover has come apart all the way around. The plastic is peeling off. I have taken it apart. I don’t know how this happened why the basket caused this problem. What parts should I need?
For model number 110-44932200
Hello Bobby, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the front drum assembly, part number PS11703203, to solve the problem. Maybe the drum plastic is degraded because of aging. Glad to be of assistance!

Getting bits of melted plastic in the washer, assuming it from the outer tub. Is there anything that would cause this before I purchase another outer tub? Outer rubber seal still all in tacked.
For model number GHW9300PW4
Hi Gannett, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, the issue could be with rear tub bearings. They come as a part of the rear outer tub, part number PS11703208. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
washer has fragments of broken plastic in the drum and also between the drum and door in the catch area? Also machine is sounding loud and out of balance?
