The left front burner did not heat up at some numbers on touch panel, although I could hear the clicking of the relay. Checked the voltage before relay and after to make sure that power is supplied to the burner when the relay cIicks. Swapped the front burners but the problem did not go away. A couple of weeks later a new problem appeared. When I turn on the left rear burner it also turns on the front. Any idea what it might be? Thank you.

Hi Vadim, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the burner wiring. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the wire harness, part number PS8750532. A shorted wiring might be causing this issue. Checking the connections of the wire harness to the control board, part number PS8749463 and the burner switches might help. Good luck with the repair!
The left front dual burner was not working. I replaced the element and it came on. Now it works intermittently it heats up but is clearly not working correctly. The burner is fine but it is clearly a control issue

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your question. If the burner is working intermittently, check and make sure that the wires are connected properly. If the burner is fine, check the burner switch. We have included a link from our website that you may use to check both the switch and the element. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!
