No issues - just what you're after
The replacement slide brackets for the veggie drawer on my refrigerator arrived on time and installation was a no-brainer. Cheaper would have been better, but all-in-all well worth it.

old poorly designed
First delivery received 2 right sides second delivery received 1 left. Was easy to replace both. Since this was a design flaw G E should have replaced at their cost. I was not the first person this happened to and will not be the last. A company of the size of G E should be doing this as good will. We will not be buying another G E product. The Automobile company when they have a defect they step up and do the repair. This is not the same Jack Welsh company of the past Sincerely Michael T of NJ

Broken right side bracket & broken Crisper Drawer
The Slide Brackets have been, redesigned & improved, sold as a set, you have to replace both.
Remove drawer, you need a star type screwdriver or socket set with a star type bit to remove and install the Slide Brackets.
Once new Slide Brackets are in place, install the drawer and you're good to go.
The part was pretty expensive but was very simple to fix. This company did a good job. Again, kind of expensive (>$100 for a pair of drawer slides) but simple to fix.

Slide bracket broken
Repair is as simple as removing and replacing two screws that hold the bracket and spacer to the refrigerator wall. The only catch is that the screw is not a phillips head but a star. Luckily I had a multi-tip screwdriver set.
With an allen wrench, I removed the remaining and broken drawer slide brack assembly on the bottom of the refridgerators right side. I then installed the new right-handed drawer slide bracket assembly in a similar fashion. The freezer handle easily snapped into place. The entire process was completed within ten (10) minutes.
Wife was cleaning regrigerator, pulled bracket out, bracket seperated in her hand, ball bearings all over the floor
Removed old bracket (2 screws), ordered new bracket and installed. Discovered that the bracket had been redesigned due to numerous failures as described above.

How do you fasten the bottom drawer's separated (ballbearings gone all over) from the right side of the wall of the fridge? Do you use glue, screws (although I do not see holes for screws in the wall? Thank you,
Neal
