I ORDER PART WB03X10281 MICROWAVE KNOW AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TAKE THE DAMAGED ONE OFF AND PUT THE NEW ONE ON.

Hello Patti, thank you for your question! All you have to do is pull out the old knob. It might be a bit tight and refuse to budge. You can use a kitchen utensil as a lever. However, do not use a metal one unless you want to risk scratching. Our preferred choice is a plastic spatula. Get it underneath the knob and lift it up and just simply slide back the new knob, before snapping the new knob just match the flat side of the knob in the hole with a flat side on the knob shaft.
