SHAFT Assembly

We have a micro-convection combination unit and the neoprene drive mechanism that is locked into the drive unit below the base of the interior oven failed in that the neoprene separated from the implanted metal collar and thereby would not drive the turntable plater any longer...the drawing that was available on the parts list website was very good in identifying the part that failed and I simply ordered it, it arrived very quickly and it was a perfect match for the old part and I inserted it into the base drive area, turned on the micro unit and it worked like it was new all over again...I think the neoprene material, over time, becomes brittle with the constant bombardment of micro rays and simply gives out...we had this unit for eight years before this happened, so we feel pleased to have gotten that much time without any problems and found an easy use website to ID the part and fix the unit as a homeowner...thank you Dan Goman, Tulock, California
