My word! I ordered it sometime in June 2020 and didn't receive it under January, 2021, at which time I had been forced to purchase same item elsewhere!

Whenever I would contact your company I would be told it would be sent by certain dates, which it never was. This after when placing the order, it was listed as in-stock to be shipped out within 24 hours. Talk about poor service!

Is the hanging basket part ps100066581 the correct basket for my freezer? And what are the dimensions of the basket?
