My washer is not draining completely and I get an OE error code. I pulled the drain pump and it wasn’t clogged or blocked. I checked the hoses and there are no blockages. I reinstalled the pump, still didn’t work. I replaced the pump, still have the same problem. I reset the washer and I ran the diagnostic tests. The test gets stuck on T5 and then starts making a singing sound until I shut it off. The drum spins during diagnostics, but when I run it normally, the spin light will be on but the drum isn’t spinning. None of this makes any sense and any help is appreciated!
For model number WT7150CW
Hello Chad, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the OE error code indicates that the washer is experiencing a draining problem. As you have already replaced the drain pump and checked the hoses, we would recommend replacing the electronic control board, part number PS16551768, to fix the issue. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. We hope this solves your problem!

the CL code fix is not specific enough.
Electric connect is ok; circuit breaker is ok..... what's going on???

Hello Gerald, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, you may need to remove the pulsator cap if you want to clean the wash plate. The error code CL indicates that the control lock function is activated. Press and hold the extra rinse button for 3 seconds to deactivate this function. We hope that helps!

The old dispenser is removed by slightly raising the front as you pull it out of the housing slot. To install the new dispenser, keep the front slightly tilted up and insert the new dispenser into the housing alot
