Water is accumulating on top of the crisper drawers. And on one side it has frozen. How do i fix this?
For model number RF18HFENBSR
Hello William, thank you for your inquiry. There may be a pin hole in tubing present in your appliance, allowing water to escape, or this issue may stem from condensation getting into the appliance via a defective gasket, which is allowing warm air into the unit. We would suggest checking the gasket(s), as well as the water line that carries the water to your ice maker to ensure those components are fully operational. We hope this helps.

For model number RF18HFENBSR
Hello Mark, Thank you for the question. Once you remove the shelves, there will be one screw at the top of the shelf rail in the center as well as two on the bottom of the cover assembly that would need to be removed. This will allow the cover to pull free and move enough so the wires can be disconnected from the back wall. We hope this helps!
