Hello Candyce, thank you for your question. That would be an issue with either the switch or the element itself. We would recommend replacing both parts which are PartSelect Number PS2373493 and Part #: PS2581859. I hope this helps!

The front right burner is stuck on high. We have unplugged it and even turned the breaker on and off to reset it and it still won't turn off. We tried to disconnect it to make the rest of the stovetop usable but it just caused the entire panel to blink and beep continuously. Help!

Hello and thank you for writing.
With the range unplugged, pull the knob off of the switch and remove the upper back panel on the range. This should give you access to the defective switch PS2373492. Reassemble the range and test the burner. SAFETY NOTICE: Be sure to disconnect power to the appliance before performing any repairs. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Hello Bob, thank you for your question. That is most likely and issue with the switch that controls the burner. It sounds like it has stuck on. We would recommend replacing Part #: PS2373493 dual element switch, and if that doesn't fix the issue, the element itself would need to be replaced. I hope this helps!

First we removed two screws under the rim of the range top to open the lid.
