Door lock wont relase
For model number PDW1860K01SS
Hello and thank you for writing.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty door latch PS12227515, you should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary.
In order to open the door so you can do the repair we suggest to try a hard reset:
Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully let you unlock the door.
