I replaced the upper heating element because it shorted out. I noticed that when i turn the oven on both circulating fans do not start. Can you troubleshoot some items that i may check? Thank you much, steve

Hello Steve, Thank you for your inquiry. The fans come on to cool the oven and circulate the air once the oven reaches a certain temperature. We would recommend checking the high limit thermostat, the fan motors and reverse fan motor, the temperature sensor and the wiring harness. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
Front 2 burners don't regulate, they run full blast as if on high constantly.

Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. If front 2 burners go to high as soon as you turn them on, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the 2 burners, the switches controlling them, the wiring between the parts and the terminal block. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
My panel has been going berserk. Blinking on and off, beeping randomly and unexpectedly. Turned the breaker off for the evening, this morning nothing heats and the panel only illuminates after you mess with the stovetop knobs. Panel is reset every time it comes back to life. Thanks

When using the oven in either conventional or convection bake, the broiler will sometimes turn on and burn the food being baked.

Hi Lewis, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your elements PS4240824 and PS8764904 with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor PS4240744. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board.
I took off the back cover after I looked at youtube similar problems. Then removed the little thermostat and un hooked the 2 wires. I looked up the part and after is was delivered couple days later I connected the 2 wies and after putting the back cover on the oven was back to normal. Was such an easy repair and the part was only $11.
