I have misplaced my owners manual, i think my lock was turned on by granddaughter, can't remember how to unlock ,no buttons are working, breaker is fine

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your question. If your appliance has a little lock image underneath one of the buttons, then what you need to do is press and hold that button for about 3-5 seconds. If it does not, then you would need to press and hold the cancel/stop button. Good luck with your repair.

My dishwasher won't start the "wash cycle." When I push "start" nothing happens except the "washing indicator light" and the "start light" both flash, on & off until I push cancel or turn the power off at the source. I have found evidence of a chard (burnt black) wire at the "door latch." Could this stop the wash cycle from starting? Thank You

Hi David, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the door latch assembly, part number PS12585637, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having th

I have had to keep replacing the spray arm on the bottom of my dishwasher which takes like 2 seconds to do.. First you open the dishwasher and than pull the bottom basked forward and reach down and pull the spray arm up and pop the bottom of the spray arm off and put it on the new spray arm and slip it back into the dishwasher over the t
