the tube was completely split open
Piece of cake --after having read what others had suggested on your webpage, I used the heat from a hair dryer which made the piece pliable and simple to fit into place. It took less than five minutes. When my husband came in from work, I proudly told him the part had arrived and it was fixed! Taa Daa!

Poor wash - insufficient water in rinse and wash cycles
Fairly simple to replace the valve. Water input side was a rubber hose that required pliers to squeeze the ring seal and slide it down the hose. Copper pipe on the output side was attached with a 3/8 compression fitting.

I did need to transfer a brass elbow from the old part to the new one.

The bumpers on the bottom rack of the dishwasher broke and the rack would slide out everytime I opened the door.
I took the first bumper, I had bought two, and tried to snap in on to the rack. It was too rigid and broke.

My son heated the second one in hot water and it snapped right on.

At least I know the secret to installation, but now I need another bumper.

original water tube had cracked /dishes were not clean
This repair was just so easy. I am a 65 year widow and did not want to call repair for something that I thought I could do-ordered the part and it was delivered in two days. I rubbed a small amount of vaseline around both the tube's ends, used the hair dryer to heat slightly, attached one end of the tube to the upper spray arm receiver and the other end to upper wash assembly and job completed. My savings was probably $65.00 or more for no service call. Works great and dishes are clean again.

Bottom rack would not roll easily and often came off track
I just pulled out the rack and removed the eight existing roller wheels and roller axles. I was able to remove most of the roller axles with my fingers but needed pliers to remove a couple of them. I then snapped the new roller axles onto the rack and then the roller wheels onto the new roller axles and put the entire rack back in the dishwasher.
The lower rack now rolls smoothly and consistently no matter how many dishes we have piled into it. Also, it has not come off the tracks since replacing the roller axles and roller wheels.

Plastic roller axles were broken.
Snapped in new ones (8) by hand. I was amazed
how fast I was able to find this part online and the
ordering was easy and in a few days the parts
arrived. No hassle trying to explain to anyone what
part I needed. There were pictures of all parts
available. Ordering online, especially if you
know what you are looking for, is really the way to go.

Unit was not cleaning dishes - left detergen undissolved
I am a 73 year old lady. My nephew found the torn rubber water delivery tube after a repairman had found nothing. I looked up the model number, contacted Part Select by e-mail, ordered the part ($15.++ for cost and delivery), read reviews and found tipe for installation. Total time spent on installation was less than ten minutes. The round tube, with a smidgen of liquid detergent inside each end of the tube, fits onto the water line; the other end of the tube will squeeze flat with little effort, and fits onto the apray arm.

roller axles had broken releasing wheels
I ordered 8 new axles and used old wheels. I broke off the remaining axle parts left on the wire lower basket with just my hands, and then popped on the new axles. This was done without tools; just needed significant pressure to pop the axles onto the coated wire. The wheels popped onto the axles with a little pressure. Make sure you have the right side of the wheel out. I simply looked at the remaining working wheels before install began to make sure which side goes out. Very easy install.

Broken Supply Tube to Upper Spray Arm
Very easy to do repair. Identifying the problem took more time than the repair. Simply use soap and water to inset the tube into the spray arm receiver and the spray arm. Saved a $120.00 service call by doing myself and performing a little detective work. Quick delivery of items from Part select!

oLD WATER TUBE TORN AT CONNECTION
Used screwdriver to pry off other end of water tube. Kind of cooked on over the years and rear connection point is on a part that is not real strong so you have to be careful to not break or bend the connection. New tube is very tight to get on so putting it on required using the blade of the screwdriver to get the tube to streatch over the two connection points, but not real difficult. Now it's good as new!
