fridge and freezer not cooling, frosted on back wall
removed back panel with the nut driver and screw driver. lower half of coils were a block of ice... took about 1 hour of using a hair dryer to get rid of ice/water. installed new dual element heater, that was an upgrade from my single element. wire was long enough to re-route down the other side so it was a simple repair, no wire nuts or re-engineering needed ! without thaw time, took about 15 minutes total. cools to 0' in freezer and 33 in fridge now !!! cool !

Clicking sound. Compressor tried to start with each click, but would not start. Temperature display not lit.
The instruction sheet (2-pages) supplied with the main control board were simple to follow. I removed the cover in back, carefully unplugged all the cable connectors, unscrewed the green ground wire, and lightly pinched the four white mounting pins with my fingers to release the old board. I then snapped the new board onto the four white pins, plugged all the cables back in, attached the ground wire under the closest available screw, and closed it up. I did not need to cut any wires. Plugged the refrigerator in and it's been running fine all day. The whole job took less than 10 minutes.

The temperature in the refreezer and refrigerator was slowly getting warmer although the condensor motor was running continually.
Unplug the refrigerator and remove frozen food, shelving, light and back panel inside the freezer section to expose the cooling coils. The coils were completely iced over. Using a wet dry vacuum to discharge the air toward the coils quickly melted the ice. The trouble shooting section on your website described my problem and I bought both items which were the most common problem. Using the video(s) e-mailed to me when purchasing the parts provided great information regarding details for the repair. After replacing both parts the refrigerator is working great having spent just under $25.00.

Broken Auger
As per the video with one exception. That part of the shaft between the start of the plastic and the flattened portion that accommodates the cutters was longer that the original. Required an additional washer approximately 1/16 of an inch in thickness to take up the slack of the cutter assembly.

auger for ice dispenser was broken and we thought cover was also broken
Although I didn't need the crusher cover after all, the process was similar to a point (much easier than replacing the auger). Moved the laptop to the kitchen counter and watched the repair instruction video all the way through. As I worked on the ice dispenser, I dragged the video timer back to the part where I was having a problem and rewatched it - sometimes several times to see a detail. The video can be accessed from the electronic part page under instructions. Follow the instructor's lead and you can't go wrong. The instructor was familiar with the process and made it look like a breeze - it wasn't, but was do-able. FYI: I'm a 68 year old female; if I can do it - you can, too.

We had ice crystals on the ice tray and door
Removed the ice maker control panel and accessed the flapper door, easy switch out for new door and seal. The 2 year old warped seal didn't close and so ice crystals formed in the freezer - new unwarped part and Ta-Da no more problems :)
