Getting water under the full width temperature controlled drawer. After a day there's about a cup. Given some time it will freeze.
This fridge came with the house I bought and noticed about an inch of ice at first. After a while there's water on the floor, looks like it may be defrosting causing the water to run down the right side onto the floor.
Anyway I can't seem to determine where or how it's getting there
Got a part from ya'll not too long ago which fixed my water dispenser
Any ideas regarding the water under the drawer?

Hello Rick, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, it seems that there is an issue with the drain tube. It comes with the valve. The drain tube and valve for your model is part number PS12344758. It carries water formed during the defrost cycle to the drain pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. We hope this solves your problem!
Replaced both temp sensors(frig comp/freezer comp) frig is still not cooling. What could be the problem?

Hello, Thank you for your question. When you are having temperature problems in your fridge, there are a few parts that could cause the issue. You can use a multi meter to test most of the parts. Make sure you cut power to your appliance before doing any repairs or tests. First you should test your defrost thermostat. Place the thermostat in ice cold water for 2-3 minutes after removing it from your appliance. It should be reading 0 ohms to be working correctly. Another part to check would be your defrost heater. Remove it from the appliance. It should be reading anywhere between 0 - 50 ohms to be working. You could check your temperature sensor. To find the correct reading for this part you will have to refer to your tech sheet that comes with your appliance. You can usually find this tech sheet behind the bottom grille of your fridge on either the right or left side. These are the most common parts that cause this issue in your appliance. So it is suggested you check them first. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I went to a GE repair center to explain my problem, the service center reccomended that I have a techinician come out o look at it. $75.00 for the visit and what ever labor and materials wuld cost.
I went on line to see if there were others having this same problem and found that there were many with the same problem.
... Read more />After reading some of the ways that people found out what was wrong ...it became a matter of three components, the timer, heater or thermostat.
I tried the most common component and the less expensive one first , the thermostat switch I installed it very easily snipping two wires and attaching the news using wire nuts I used the diagram on this website to pinpoint the component and there has not been a problem since.
I applied some tips learned by reading other reviews. So before I started I grabbed my trusty vise grip pliers and a small screw driver. I locked onto the switch actuator, the part that the refrigerator door pushes in, with the vise grips and pulled on it just hard enough to get the screw driver inserted in the right side to push in the c
... Read moreatch clip so the switch could be pulled out further each time the catch clip was depressed to the next detent. Then I used the screw driver on the left site to encourage the switch past the detents on the left and very quickly the switch was out of the mount. The wires from the refrigerator pulled out with the old switch. I unplugged the old switch from the wires and plugged in the new switch and shoved the new switch back into the mount, wiggled it a couple of times to make sure it was secure and the job was done. Once I applied the vise gripes at first, the whole job took less than a minute.
