Dish washer loses power. Controls will not work at all. Unit will not re boot for hrs then all the sudden power will be on and everything works normal for a couple weeks then dishwasher will lose power again. There is power supply to dishwasher when this happens but controls will not light up.

You should try a hard reset first. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on.if this does not help then your control board PS12342776 might be faulty. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
Without symptoms the dishwasher would not start - pushing the System Select button would not activate the machine. Electrical power is good at the connection box on the lower right front of unit. Possible corrosion on the touch points on the main Board?

Didn't actually do the compete repair but got close. Pulled out dishwasher, disconnected and checked continuity on the existing heating element (about 16 ohms) the new element was also about 16 ohms. Holding securely, replace screws removed in step 5. Toward the end they get a little tougher to screw in. 8. Plug wire harness into new door latch. 9. Re-align dishwasher and re-secure to counter in previous position. 10. Test latch to make sure it closes properly. 11. Turn on breaker in electrical panel. The dishwasher should now function properly.
