Fan Motor would not run
Removed all screws and removed cabinet. Removed styofoam insulation, removed both fan and squirrel cage. removed 2 screws holding fan bracket in place. Removed and replaced fan motor keeping track of where color coded wires plugged into control. Cleaned unit and put back together. Worked great.

Was apprehensive about buying motor online becuase of past experiences with other companies where they sent the wrong part. This match was PERFECT.

Fan motor failing, then siezed up.
Finally my noisy a/c blower motor failed after 2 brutally hot summers of continous use plus 3 regular summers of use. My wife already wanted a central air system to replace the 1.25 ton window unit for $3,500 when the old one gave out. So when the wall unit failed I needed the right part quick or face the $3,500 replacement. I paid an extra $15 for faster shipping. I got the right part with the right color coded wires. I was a rather basic operation. I got the unit back into the wall and fired it up just as the weather started getting hot and humid again. My wife is happy, I am happy. Thanks so much!
