The exhaust hose does not have a ring attached to the end to screw into the window slider, it is just the corrugated tubing. Is it possible to get a ring to attach the corrugated tubing to so it can screw in properly & securely to the window slider. Thank you.

Removed 2 screws took off old broken caster replaced new one with 2 screws done.

Portable AC not working
After receiving the wrong part twice... (the cover on the drain tank had a styrofoam weight attached, and the two I received didn't) when I got the right cover... it was literally a 30 second job! The customer reps were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond what could be expected in order to get me the correct part!
