Is there a shield between muffler and carburetor housing. I have smoke coming form muffler side and it looks like a shield is burning.

Hello Jim, Thank you for the question. We are not showing a shield, however in that area is the Air Cleaner so it could be the Cover, PartSelect Number PS9074683. We hope this helps!

Hi Muchelle, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the Spark Plug, part number PS9140427. The Spark Plug produces the spark that ignites the fuel in the engine.
