This lower rack roller assembly supports and guides the lower rack as it slides in and out of your dishwasher. This assembly consists of two wheels that are mounted on a bracket and is usually found on the corners of the lower rack. If you have trouble smoothly sliding the lower rack or notice it getting stuck, the roller assembly may be damaged. It can also create scraping or squeaking noises during movement. A broken assembly can cause an unstable or wobbly lower rack, increasing the risk of dishes falling during the washing cycle. To replace a damaged assembly, remove the lower rack from the dishwasher and release the locking tab of the roller assembly using a flat-blade screwdriver. Install the new assembly by clipping it into place. Please note that this OEM assembly is sold individually, so it is recommended that you inspect all of them in your appliance and order the number it requires.
