This unit had an F3 code after a cleaning cycle. We powered the unit off at the breaker. Then an F2 code appeared. Turned off at the breaker again. Then back on. The cooling fan in the oven runs unless turned off at the breaker. Is this a temperature sensor problem?

Hi John, thank you for asking. The error code F2 and F3 on your Jennair range indicate that the oven temperature sensor has shorted. We suggest that you replace the oven temperature sensor, part number PS1570174, to resolve the issue of the oven fan running continuously and to clear the error code. Error code F6 has come on and oven just shuts down but continues to beep. If left off long enough it will work for a bit, then do the same. We did get an additional code once, but have not seen that one since and cannot remember what it was.

Hi K, Thank you for asking. The F6 Error code indicates the oven could not execute the function. There may a problem with the Relay Control Board, or the associated wiring. We hope this helps!
Removed the oven door by opening slightly, then pic door up to remove. Remove 2 screws holding oven sensor in place, gently pull on sensor to remove, had to remove about 8 inches to get at plastic connector. Unplug connector, had to use an adapter cable supplied with the PartSelect kit to install new sensor, push cable back into opening,

... Read morefrom the bottom of the front panel. You caan then remove the panel a few inches and remove the two cable connectors. The trick part is to get the flat ribbin cable disconnected. If you squeeze the two small tabs (one on each end of the connector), the connector moves up and spreads open to CAREFULLY remove the ribbon cable. The clock assembly has just two hex head screws holding it in place. Remove them, and reassemble everything in reverse. If you did everything correctly, you should have a very bright stove clock again!
