The OFF button no longer will turn off the oven. The rest of the control panel works fine. Is this likely the button itself or the whole control panel or what?

Hi Mark, thank you for the question. Based on our research, the button is not available separately. To solve this issue, you may need to replace the membrane switch, part number PS11747180. We hope this helps!
My oven will sometimes not start or will not reach full temp and it shuts off. We wiggle the igniter and it starts again.

Hello Susan, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the wiring going tot he igniter to make sure there is no damage. If the wiring is good, the Igniter could be faulty and it can be tested with a multimeter. On a good igniter, there should be between 40 & 400 OHMS. A bad igniter will show no resistance or continuity. We hope this helps!
