Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. This means any existing or outstanding orders with ApplianceHelp will be filled, shipped and covered by the same policies as before. You can continue to contact us at 1-800-470-7119 should you have any problems and our customer service team will help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Any email communication regarding your order will now come from PartSelect.

If you’d like to sign in to our Self Serve to manage your order, you can do so here using the same login information as before. Self-Serve allows you to check order status, cancel and return items.

Yes, you can log in to Self Serve on PartSelect using the same login information as before. You can check your order status and cancel any items. If you'd like to return any items, please contact customer service directly.

You can track your ApplianceHelp order using the shipping confirmation email associated with that order. If you have failed to receive your order, you can contact customer service at 1-800-470-7119 or email us at customerservice@appliancehelp.com.

You can cancel your order by giving us a call, sending an email or signing it to our Self Serve to manage your order yourself. Please note that orders are sent electronically to our warehouses. An order cannot be canceled once the parts have been shipped.

PartSelect offers the same damaged policy on all parts. You must contact PartSelect within 10 days of receiving the part to be eligible for refund. For more information, you can check out our return policy.

PartSelect offers the same 30 day return policy on all parts. If you need to return a part you ordered from ApplianceHelp, you can give us call, send us an email or set up a return in our Self Serve. For complete details on returns, check out our return policy.

PartSelect offers the same one-year warranty policy on all parts. Any part ordered from ApplianceHelp, will be covered under this policy for one full year. For complete details on warranties, check out our warranty policy.
