The Burners and Burner Caps were missing
Very simple repair. I bought the Range without the Burners and Burner Caps. So all I had to do was to purchase the Burners and the Burner Caps and drop them in. Wish everything in life would be that simple.

Natural Gas to Liquid Propane Conversion Kit
PartSelect Number PS2351422
Manufacturer Part Number GRLP3
This kit is used to convert your appliance to liquid propane.
Installation Instructions
Denny from Bishop, CA
Bought a new gas oven that did not come with a propane conversion kit.
I followed the simple instructions that were included in the kit. I started by replacing the 5 orifices on the top burners. The orifices are well labeled with numbers and colors. Next, I tightened the broiler burner orifice and the oven burner orifice with a 1/2 inch wrench. I had to tighten them pretty good to get the flame down where it is supposed to be. Then, I checked for leaks and I was then ready to cook.

It is roughly 3 inches long, 1.5 inches high, and about an inch wide. You should consider changing this part if your current one has seized and your range will not start.

Burner valve was seized
Lock the oven/stove controls by holding the START button for five seconds. This shuts off gas to the valve. Remove the knobs from the front of the stove using philips screwdriver. Undo the six screws that hold on the front bezel and remove to find the valve. Unscrew the top bracket using philps screwdriver. disconnect the valve using a wrench (I think it was 12mm). Compare the valve to the new one. Installation is reverse. Press the START button for five seconds to unlock the oven/stove. Test fire the burner. Cook a batch of chili.

Burner Head - Medium - 9500
PartSelect Number PS1020327
Manufacturer Part Number WB16K10055
This burner head, or surface burner, is used in ranges and ovens. The burner sends gas through the holes and slots to create an equal flame across the cooking area. If the gas igniter glows but will not light up, or there are heating inconsistencies, replacing the burner head could be the solution to your problem. No tools are required for this installation. To change the burner, first lift the grate and take the burner cap off. Next, lift the burner away from the cooktop. To set the new burner in place correctly, check the locating tab that fits into the V-shaped notch and make sure the igniter fits into the cut-out. Refer to the diagram provided by the manufacturer for further instructions.
