Aluminum foil accidentally put on bottom panel ....burnt up, left non removable residue.
After 15 minutes of frustration and back breaking I removed the oven door and had much better access to the panel, from there on it was all down hill.
Heat and cooking grease can leave a microwave vent grille warped, cracked, or difficult to secure. Replacing the damaged cover restores a finished appearance and helps keep the ventilation opening clear. Clean the surrounding area and check that no broken plastic remains in the mounting slots. Confirm fit with the full microwave model because similar grilles may differ in length and clip placement. Disconnect power before installation, do not force the tabs, and make sure the grille is firmly attached before using the appliance.

Replaced bottom panel
Unscrew two very visible screws located in the back of the oven holding in the panel. Remove panel. Install new panel. Replace screws. Could have used new screws but didn’t have any.

oven bottom had foil stuck on it would not come off
First I removed the two screws that hold the bottom panel I then pulled the panel out and put the new panle in and put the two screws back in
