First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires, then removed element and replaced with new

Drip bowls were rusty and rotting through
I simply removed the elements and replaced the drip bowls with new ones. Put the elements back in and my stove looks %1000 better!

Refer to your model number and user manual to ensure this part is correct for you. This part is sold individually. We recommend replacing all control knobs for your unit at the same time, as they wear at a consistent rate to one another. This very easy repair should only take a few moments to complete; just slide the old knob off the shaft and the new one on.

The marks are 90 degrees off from our stove markings
I didn't. I'll need to return these knobs as they won't work for this oven. While they fit and look nice, the marks are 90 degrees off from the stove markings.

Surface elements quit working
Drilled out old and broken hold down clips, installed new ones(4). Cut old wires attached to surface plug in block, striped wires, and attached new plugin kit(4), warmed up heat shrink with a hair dryer, put in new drip bowels, the stove is like new.

Stove top element not working due to bad receptacle.
Turned off the power at the breaker box, cut the wires approximately 5 inches from the bad receptacle and removed it after removing one screw. Stripped back the wires about 1/2 inch and attached the new wires with the ceramic wire nuts provided and secured the receptacle back in place with the new screw provided in the kit.

The first task was to find the rings, drip bowls and elements on the "PartSelect" webpage. It was surprising easy, especially since I have no experience whatsoever in replacing range parts. was easy - just unplug elements, lift parts out, and insert new parts. I made a mistake in ordering - for the left side of the range, no adaptor rings are needed. I returned these excess parts to PartSelect, and within a week, they refunded the costs of these parts. Overall, I'm very please with the parts and service.

This surface heating element features two burners, one smaller involving an inner 1400W element, and one larger burner involving both the inner and outer ones (3000W).
