On my Jenn Air model 221C standing behind the stovetop where the knobs are located looking on the right side, the large surface coil is at the back and the small coil is on the front. Both work individually fine from low to high heat. If I cut on the small coil on the front by itself its ok, while it is on low, I cut on the back or large coil and the small coil automatically goes to high. What is my problem? I have replaced both of the infinite switches on that side the small and large burner. I have replaced both the large coil and small one, I replaced the block (ceramic receptacle) that the coils plug into.
Where do I go from here to make it work correctly?

Hello Rick, Thank you for your inquiry. You could have a wiring issue as you have already replaced the parts that normally cause this issue. Check the wiring for any visible damage or loose connections and replace if needed. We hope this helps you.

Are all 4 infinite switches the same on the Jennair C221 Cooktop
For model number C221
Hi Thomas, thank you for the question. Yes, all infinite switches are the same. If your model series is 1, the infinite switches for it are part number PS2076107. If your model series is 5, the infinite switches for it are part number PS12347302. Glad to be of help!

What are the cutout dimensions for installing a jenn-air C221 cooktop?

Old grease filter that I actually did not know I had to change
Removed the old grease screen and cleaned the entire area thoroughly and replaced the screen

I had put up with a filter that got more and more raggedy every year, but I thought my 30 yr. old range/grill top was too old for me to find an replacement filter. What a great service you offer.
