Rattling noise when turn table was in motion
Unplug any appliance before any work is done. The microwave is a hanging unit under kitchen cabinets. First I removed the turn table, rollers, and connector by lifting them out. Second I removed all the attaching Phillips head screws that hold the bottom cover on. Once removed the cover will hang and give access to the drive motor gear assembly. It's held in place by 2 torques head screws. Remove these, lower the motor, and disconnect the 2 wires that plug onto it. A small pick or similar tool is needed to release the connectors latches. reassemble in reverse.

Convection oven fans were noisy.
This oven has two fans that counter rotate. One spins clockwise, the other counterclockwise. Because of this, the motors and the fan blades are different. The schematic shows the counter clockwise rotating fan with a right hand threaded shaft/nut on the bottom and the clockwise motor and fan with the left hand nut on the top. My range had the motors in the exact opposite orientation, but the fan blades on the motors as shown on the schematic. The incorrect assembly at the factory (I bought new in the box, so I know this is the first repair) meant that nether fan blade was turning the correct direction. So do yourself a favor, be sure you’re buying the right motor (clockwise or counterclockwise) and be sure you put the right fan blade on the right motor. The Samsung motor ending in F is the counterclockwise motor that has the right hand threaded shaft the clockwise motor with the left hand threaded shaft ends in E.

Microwave Convection Fan Motor - Lower
PartSelect Number PS11735747
Manufacturer Part Number DG31-00005C
This genuine OEM left-threaded convection fan motor is responsible for spinning the fan blade, ensuring even circulation of hot air within your oven for consistent cooking. It is typically located behind a removable cover at the back of the oven. Signs of a faulty motor include rattling, squealing, or slow and irregular fan rotation. Neglecting to replace the motor can result in uneven browning or undercooked portions in your food. To remove the motor, you will need a screwdriver and a socket set. Consult your user guide for instructions on accessing the back panel of your oven. Remove the mounting screws and the fan cover, then the nut securing the fan. Slide out the fan and motor assembly from your oven. Remember, the motor is sold separately from the fan, so consider this when purchasing a replacement.

Microwave Motor-turn
I got the oven out, rolled it on it's side and found the plate to access the motor. The plate is located on the bottom/underside of the unit. The plate is nothing more than a section of the underside of the metal housing that has been cut-out as an access point. This "cut-out" is not complete - that is, not completely cut out so as to all the plate to stay in place without the need for screws, etc, until you actually have to use it. I used a pair of dykes to cut the couple of points still connecting this plate, removed the two phillips screws to remove the motor, disconnected the two wires connected, then reversed to complete the repair. You then flip the cut-out plate over/rotate it, and some screw holes line up. Find a couple of small screws, and re-attach the plate to cover the motor.
The actual fix is really easy, again, once you figure out the simple way to remove the oven. I am an idiot, so you will probably find this much easier. I could probably do this repair now, after my experience, in less than 30 minutes (probably less than 15 minutes). I probably save a couple hundred $ by doing it myself so was well worth the time to do it. Good luck. Read more...

Microwave turntable does not work
My unit is a wall mount/cabinet/built-in model. The repair is actually fairly simple once you determine that the actual microwave is just a component of the entire unit, and that it (the microwave) can be easily removed from the unit. I did not figure this out until after I removed the entire unit (disconnect the power supply, lift the entire bulky, heavy unit out of the cramped space in the cabinet, etc). Once I got it out I figured out how easy it is to remove the actual oven - a couple of screws, literally. The unit is a bit bulky, but not particularly heavy and is quite manageable. I did this entire process alone.I got the oven out, rolled it on it's side and found the plate to access the motor. The plate is located on the bottom/underside of the unit. The plate is nothing more than a section of the underside of the metal housing that has been cut-out as an access point. Microwave Motor Ac Synchronous
PartSelect Number PS3529216
Manufacturer Part Number 6549W1S013H
If the turntable on your microwave does not rotate, or you can hear a grinding noise, the problem may be with the motor. The motor is typically located below the floor of the oven, and is accessed through the bottom. The motor is normally held in place with a retaining screw and will have two wires attached to it as well. If the motor is making a grinding noise it will need to be replaced. If the motor does not turn, you can check for voltage or continuity with a multi-meter. Make sure the power is disconnected from your microwave before beginning this repair.
