The grate insert broke on the stove

Just ordered the new grate from parts dept.The first grate I ordered got delivered to the wrong street address. The parts select customer service sent out a new one the very next day. I now have the grate and the other one was collected from the wrong address and re delivered to me also. I am returning the second grate and they were very fast emailing me the directions to mail back the second grate at no cost to me for shipping.
