The grate insert broke on the stove
Just ordered the new grate from parts dept.The first grate I ordered got delivered to the wrong street address. The parts select customer service sent out a new one the very next day. I now have the grate and the other one was collected from the wrong address and re delivered to me also. I am returning the second grate and they were very fast emailing me the directions to mail back the second grate at no cost to me for shipping. Their customer service people are very nice on the phone and it's nice to get a live person and not an automated service. Thank you for good service.
