Delta Carbon Brush With Spring This is an authentic OEM replacement part. Sold individually. Carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away until they need replacing. Because of this, carbon brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool parts. A worn-out brush will often be worn down near to the wire lead and can be cracked, pitted, or burned. This is a genuine OEM replacement part, it is sold as a individual kit. The purpose of the N008792 Regulator Repair Kit is to repair the regulator on the models shown below. Over time the internal parts of the regulator will become worn and have to be replaced. This is a huge feature on these compressors, inasmuch as on other compressors you have to replace the complete manifold assembly. It also includes instructions on how to install it.

Delta Protective Cover Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. The purpose of the 884443 Protective Cover, is to cover the air inlet coupler, to keep dust and debris from getting inside the Nail Gun or Stapler and contaminating the internal parts. You should cover the coupling when the tool is not being used. They do have a tendency to wear out, it may be a good idea to have one or two extra on hand.

Delta Strain Reliever This is a genuine Porter Cable replacement part, it is sold individually. A Cord Strain Reliever is used on most all power tools. It purpose is to reduce the bending of the cord as it comes out of the housing, which otherwise would cause the cord to crack and wear.

Delta Clamp Hose .250 Id Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. This part is used in various places in the compressors listed below. By its part name, it is used to clamp hoses onto certain parts on the compressors.

Delta Valve Plate Assy Genuine Porter Cable replacement part, this item is sold individually. Head Gasket Sold Separately. This part is used in the all of the compressors models listed below. When air is pumped by the piston it passes through the Valve Plate into the compressor tank. There are reeds on the valve plate that will eventually wear out, and the Valve plate will need to be replace. It is advisable at this time to replace the Graphite Gasket Kit, part number D30139.

Delta Clamp Knob Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. The 874582 Clamp Knob is used to tighten the bases of all of the Routers shown below. It is used with part number 695526 Screw, to clamp the Router Motor in the base for the desired height of the motor.
