Delta Power Feeder Parts

The roller attaches to the cover with the washer and the cap screw. This part is an OEM from Delta for use in stock feeder shapers. It is made out of metal and hard rubber and will need to be replaced if it stops turning. An allen wrench will be needed to replace this wheel. Keep in mind that this part is available as an individual replacement even though multiple rollers may be needed.

This replacement rubber tire provides the traction a stock feeder needs to grip and move material steadily through the machine. Before installation, unplug the machine and remove the worn tire from the metal wheel hub, taking care not to damage the hub. Clean away any rubber residue, sawdust, and grease, then inspect the hub for damage. If needed, soak the new tire in hot—not boiling—water for three to five minutes to make it easier to stretch. Work the tire gradually over the hub using a smooth plastic tool or blunt screwdriver, then ensure it is seated evenly without twists or raised edges. Reinstall any removed components and guards, rotate the wheel by hand to check for rubbing, and test the feeder with scrap material.
