Black Cam was bren on lower door hinge
This was a very simple job. Remove the top Hinge bracket, a total of 4 screws, lifted the door off the bottom hinge, removed the bottom hinge set up, 2 screws, replaced it, and attached the new bottom black door cam, lifted the door back onto the bottom hinge and aligned the top hinge, and reinserted the screws, and Ta Da, The door works like a new refrigerator door. 15 to 30 min tops. This part is the replacement dispenser lever retainer for your refrigerator. It is made of metal and is approximately 2 inches long and ½ an inch wide. The bottom half of the dispenser lever retainer holds in the pivot points of the ice and water arms. If it breaks, the arms will be loose and can shake around. The top half springs the ice and water arms back into the original position, and if the retainer is broken, they will not be able to do this. The dispenser lever retainer is found behind the dispenser trim and can be removed with a ¼ inch nut driver. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part.

One finger of the spring steel peice that holds the ice maker and water dispenser levers out broke.
I removed the screw holding the spring steel retainer/clip using a quarter inch ratchet wrench a swivel with a quarter inch socket and a short extention, then just installed the new one. This spring steal through the door ice maker / water despenser lever spring was an easy fix.
I found you by googling appliance repair parts, and found your site really easy to use. I couldn't believe how fast the part came and the very reasonable price. I put you on my web browser's favorites.

The refrigerator door was difficult to maintain closed
Because the lower cams are made out of hard plastic the repeated opening and closing of the door wore them out. The hardest part was taking all of the food that is normally stored in the door.

First step was to determine whether the screws were metric or US standard - they are metric. The next step was to remove the top hinge in order to remove the door and replace the bottom cams and brackets. This took a couple of minutes, replacing the cams was about 5 minutes and putting the door back on the pivot and reattaching the top hinge was another couple of minutes.

If I had called a service tech they would have charged a minimum of two hour and for the parts. I estimate that I saved myself about $100. Read more...

lower left shelf support was broken
I removed all contents from the lower shelf. I, then removed both of the pull out drawers. Secondly, I removed the lower glass shelf and the glass support tray. At this point all four plastic shelf supports were accessible. I removed the inner screw from all four supports and replaced with four new shelf supports. Then reassembled in reverse order.
