MWX2 Washer - Parts

Sold Individually. This knob accepts a D-shaped shaft.

This part is located behind the control panel. It helps determine the level of water in the washer. As the water fills the hose, while tub is filling, it will push the air against a diaphragm inside the switch. More water that enters the tub, more pressure is applied against the switch.

This is a horizontal spring, but you may know it as a suspension spring, and it is a part for your washing machine. Its function is to stabilize the outer tub by keeping it balanced. In order to make this repair you will need a putty knife, and a Phillips head screwdriver. This spring is roughly 1 inch thick by 4 inches long, it is chrome...Read more colored, and has two hooks on either end to make your repair easier. Take note that this piece is sold individually.

The timer controls most of the operations of the washer: water level, tub filling and emptying, length of cycles, and cycle setting sequences.
