Machine rocking about like crazy on spin
Took some online research to figure out how to get the cabinet off. Once inside I fitted the wear pads which were a breeze to remove using a knife blade to pry them up and removing them using the screwdriver. The springs were replaced one by one using strong fingers. The machine went through the spin cycle without any rocking or self-destruct noises.

Acting like it was unbalanced
I thought I would find broken springs but everything looked good. Comments and video very helpful.I figured springs must be stretched or worn out ,so for the money I figured worth a try. Insallation went well, washingmachine runs like a new machine. Much better than spending money on a new one. Thanks

washer moving 3 ft during the spin cycle sounding like elephants running through the house
Removed back panel to remove tub from shell. Unscrewed the brackets holding the springs. Used screw driver to pop out pads with hammer onto screw driver. Cleaned out tub and put grease on springs where they attach to bracket. Replaced panel and ran machine to find a leak. Took machine apart again to find the knocking of the tub against the back panel caused a whole in the plastic tub. Silicon and mechanical tape. Washer works fine for now.

Out of balance on spin cycle
Followed the videos on the website. But had to order parts twice because it wasn't the springs it was the plastic bushings the tub sits on that caused the wobble. No big deal though. All told it was still far less expansive than a new machine.

Washer tub goes out of balance in spin cycle.
Found leveling spring loose on bottom of washer, the sheet metal on bottom of cabinet ad rusted through. Drilled new hole in sheet metal and installed new leveling spring. Greased hole with blue marine grease so it will last another 40 years.

tub tilted forward. Some fill water would miss the tub
Removed cabinet found tub spring had worn thru rear frame, spring was also almost worn thru. Checked suspension springs very very worn at mounting points.
Ordered needed parts. All in Stock. First bracket came the next day took 5 days to get the rest 1 part at a time.
Forgot to order suspension spring clips, order them next day shipping came the next day .
Just because parts are in stock doesn't mean you will receive in a timely fashion if you need parts better order next day freight.
Videos, parts diagrams and instruction are great, regular freight is not good

Was heavily shaking.
Old machine and vibrations are still there but weaker. Seemed to turn counter clock wise. Put a 4x4 board behind in order to stop the twisting, and keep hoses safe from vibrating and causing wear. Stays fairly stable now.

Perfect Replacement
Springs were an exact match. The video tutorial made this an easy project. Don't forget to order grease, you need to apply a dab to each end of the spring.
John H - February 24, 2020

Leveling Spring easiest repair of all!
The leveling spring replacement is done at rear of washer, no disassembly required.
Not even a 1 beer repair;)

Part has not arrived.
When I track the package, it says delivery pending. It left Chicago, IL on July 13th. I can't really rate the part but I apparently have to in order for this message to get to you. I might give you 5 stars but I can't give Fed Ex one. Thanks.

Great experience!
Fast shipping, the part was a perfect fit, great price (shipping cost was a bit outlandish, though) Will DEFINITELY shop here again, if the need arises! Thank you!

Easy repair/fix to level our washer
Our older washer was not level so I tried to fix it and nothing worked until I found out that replacing a very old spring would do the trick. I ordered the part (shipping was more than the part). Installed it, and it worked perfectly.
