Freezer kept freezing over so the fridge wouldn't get cold air. Easy fix. Pulled all the shelves out first. Then took out the screws on the back wall of freezer. Removed the bottom panel only to expose the thermostat. Cut the wires and spliced them together to the color coded wires on the new one I purchased. My 4 year old could have done

I found that the evaperator coil was freezing up solid, not allowing air flow. Something was wrong in the defrost circuit. After troubleshooting, I found that the defrost timer was okay, as well as the fan. The only thing left was the temperature switch (thermostat). I found the part online for a reasonable price and ordered it. The

part actually came the next day, I was amazed. I removed the old part by cutting the wires. Then I snapped in the new thermostat and crimped the wires back together (color-matched). It was that easy and I saved myself hundreds of dollars. Great service!

I changed the bulb but it still didn’t work. I ordered a bulb holder and replaced it and it works properly now. It was an easy repair, remove the bulb, gently pry the bulb holder out with a screwdriver and snap the new one in.

I simply needed to replace the drawer. Customer service Really Is Customer Service at this company! The young lady with whom I spoke on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. She knew what I neeeded from my rather inept description. I was told the drawer would arrive in 10 to 12 days, but I actually received it in 3!!!!

We pulled out the old drawer and set it on the counter to get to room temperature. My husband was afraid if we tried to pull off the white handle when it was cold the plastice might be too brittle and break. When it was room temp, we pulled off the handle and slippped it on the new drawer and slid it into the frig. It was great to have

I had to order three times before I got the right part. This was due to my rush to fix the problem and not studing the diagram carefully (black and white diagrams are not that clear). The repair was very simple. Just remove the rubber from the plastic door and slip on the new one.

Removed all the food from the freezer. Removed 5 screws that hold the back cover on and removed the cover.
