Be sure to flip the breaker to the oven to the OFF position before doing anything. Take out the two screws at the back of the oven that hold the element. Carefully pull the element forewarn to expose the connections to the wires. Disconnect the element from the wiring connectors. Be careful not to damage the connectors or the wiring. Plug the new element into the wiring connectors. Make sure you have the connections firmly in place. Push the wiring and connectors back into place. Replace the two screws. Make sure the element is resting in the spacers that keep it the correct distance from the top of the oven. Flip the breaker to the ON position, Turn the oven on Broil. The element should start turning a bright red. some fumes will come off the element. That is just oil from processing and handling. Your done!

I just inserted the replacement where the old one had been connected. It took less than 5 minutes. It was so simple & easy that 'repair' is too generous a word -- & I am NOT handy, in any sense of the word. It took me longer to figure out where to find the model number!

Took back off and replaced.

I knew the lens (which also holds the light) was broken. I also ordered the light. I flipped the circuit breaker, raised the stove top and removed the 6 nut-head screws holding the cover plate. A nut driver would have been helpful, but I got by with a 6" crescent wrench. I removed the cover. I unplugged the two wires from the old light and plugged in the new one. I inserted the new lens and slipped the light over it. I flipped the circuit breaker on to make sure it worked. After flipping the circuit breaker off, I replaced the cover plates and the screws and lowered the stove top. I flipped the circuit breaker on. It worked!

Replaced element control switches

I pulled the old broiler from holding clamps. I unscrewed the 2 screws holding the old broiler, pulled it out very slowly while using clips to hold the wires from going back into the wall behind the oven. That’s very important, I then pulled the old broiler off and replaced the new one. First I secured the elements on the oven clips that hold the element up, I reattach the new element, screwed the 2 screws back in. DONE My grandson helped, total time, maybe 15 minutes. Watch their video. Really easy, save money.

unplugged the range removed 4 screws from back top cover then took the knob off controller removed 2 screws from behind the knob removed 1 wirer at a time and placed it on the new controller in same order the wires came off put everything back to gather did not fix the problem .

It took my son very little time to install control switch. Using a screw driver he removed the back panel directly behind burner units & replaced the control switch. Very easy.

Simple to repair. Take off the cowling around the burner element on the stove top and pull out the old element. Slide in the new heating element with the cowling paying attention to the three spoke support areas on the stove burner frame. Very simple. A 5 minute repair. No tools required.

First I cut the circuit at the breaker, and then pulled the range from wall to access the access panel. This top panel was held with 4 screws and removable with a standard phillips head screwdriver.

I then removed the 5 wire-crimped fasteners from the defective surface burner switch. (I first labeled these wires to ensure correct placement to the new switch). There were an additional two screws behind the corresponding knob that needed to be removed in order to completely remove the old switch.

The new switch was installed in reverse order to the steps indicated above (two screws behind knob, 5 wire-crimped fasteners, 4 screws to panel). Range was pushed back into position and breaker turned on.

Replaced

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out disconnected the two wires. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE IS HARDLY ANY WIRE TO WORK WITH. Otherwise I would have been finished in ten minutes.

With multimeter checked resistance of oven sensor. Specs called for 1100 ohms. It was off by 27 ohms. The sensor from Part Select had exact wire connection as original. Then just matter of undoing old and reconnecting with new one.

One unsatisfactory event. I asked Part Select why my clock did not work or light up(timer works ok) . Answer was: sorry we have no time to help you. That soured the otherwise happy experience.
