Machine doesn’t drain after wash
For model number HTW200ASK0WW
PartSelect logo
Hi Arcadio, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would recommend checking the drain hose if it is clogged or jammed. If that is not the case, then you may have a faulty drain pump assembly, part number PS12723115. The drain pump assembly removes water from the washer during the drain portion of the cycle. We would recommend replacing the drain pump to fix the issue. Good luck with your repair!

Hi John, Thank you for your question. If your washer stops mid-cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. We recommend checking the electronic control board and switches, the lid switch, the drain hose, the pump and motor, and the water inlet valve. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!

Would not drain the water from the tub.
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
