My washer doesn't seem to be filling. I can hear water sprinkling in for about a minute then the cycle starts. Does this machine have a water level switch? Also having a problem with imbalance.

Hi John, Thank you for your question. If your washer stops mid-cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. We recommend checking the electronic control board and switches, the lid switch, the drain hose, the pump and motor, and the water inlet valve. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!

Would not drain the water from the tub.
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
